Desperatly need help!

Hi

 

Let me just start of by saying that i'm a complete newb at this and i have read almost all of the guides that are available on this forums but i just cant figure out if my laptop is strong enough to handle osx86 or not... (the guides are really great but i'm just computer retarded!)

 

Well i was looking to dual boot my laptop with windows 7 and any osx86 distro the community recommends (personally i only know of the ipc). if dual booting is possible through hp mediasmart that would be realy cool.

 

anyways here are my specs: all of this i just got from a program by Everest...

MotherBoard: quanta, 361B

Ram: 2048 MB,800 MHz,DDR2 (x2)

chipset: Intel Cantiga PM45

VGA: nVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT (HP) Video Adapter

audio:theres too much stuff i dont know which one to post

wifi:Intel® WiFi Link 5100 AGN (dont know where to find the LAN part)

 

The laptop i have! no modification, i have the exact one that is on the site

 

and currently i have vista but will be getting windows 7 as soon as it comes out!

 

for all other info i have attached the report as a file!
