robertp15 Posted September 25, 2009 Share Posted September 25, 2009 Hi, I can't install Leopard on PC with ASUS P5VD2-VM/S motherboard. Firstly, I was unable to start Leo Installer, but I downloaded Kalyway 10.5.2 distro and I booted it up after patching with theStevo's ppf. Unfortunately, installer was unable to find my SATA disk. In Disk Utility there is only ATA DVD drive. I know that I have crapy motherboard, but maybe you know what should I do to install Lon on this computer. In my manual there is written that I have VIA VT8237A southbridge and VIA P4M900 northbridge. I tried to change ACPI APIC settings, but there is everything locked in the BIOS. It is enabled by default. I hope that you will find some way to install Leo on my computer.
