xRotorHead
LiquidCD and Burn incompatible with Snow Leopard 10.6 ??? Have you seen this as well? After I got Snow Leopard working near 100% on my Gigabyte EP45-UD3R, I discovered I was unable to burn DVD's using my trusty old LiquidCD program. I have a run-of-the-mill SATA DVD burner and it works fine with LiquidCD in 10.5.7 and Win7 as well. I was also unable to burn DVD's using another proggy called Burn that people say is good. But I am able to burn files to the DVD just using Finder. The fix: I found an another great DVD rendering/burning proggy called DVDRemaster; it works with Snow Leo 100%, able to burn DVD's no problem now. Who knew. Freaky Chokra
Whats the problem with Burn? Its working perfectly on 10.6.1 for me... Well... what to say... I had abandoned using CD-Rs about 2.5 years back... Just my friend for who I have been installing Tiger -> Leopard -> Snow Leopard needs to burn CDs as in Audio CDs or Video CDs... and required BURN. The last version we used used to "Quit Unexpectedly" and would not work on relaunching it.. so we had to dual boot back into Micro-sucks Winblows XP (now Seven 7)... and use Nero.... BUt in my humble opinion and experience ... Toast Titanium rules th roost, is it not? Well... if you guys who are using the LiquidCD and BURN can you post the version and whether you are using original macs or Hackintosh's shed some light for me. -Regards, Freaky Chokra PS: Maybe upload to some file sharing site and PM me the link of your version just for "BURN" Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/188759-liquidcd-and-burn-incompatible-with-snow-leopard-106/#findComment-1290136 Share on other sites
