Hardware Check

I made a hardware combination that fits my budget on NewEgg. It is a variant of the Lifehacker build, but with these changes:

Instead of the GFX card that they used, I am going to use this one:

 

EVGA 512-P3-N940-LR GeForce 9400 GT 512MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - Retail

 

Different RAM:

Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model CT2KIT25664AA667 - Retail

 

A different CPU:

Intel Pentium E6300 Wolfdale 2.8GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80571E6300 - Retail

 

A 120 GB spare SATA drive, and a different case and PSU.

 

Is there any problem with my changes, or can I just follow their guide?
