Lets start with my computer.

Its an HP Pavillion DV9000

AMD 64x2

iatkos installed on the partition just fine using this guide:

http://dailyapps.net/2008/03/hack-attack-d...-windows-vista/

i followed the guide EXACTLY as it reads. then i get to the part about copying chain0 file from dvd. The file was not on the dvd so i went to OSx86 wiki site and downloaded one of the chain0.rar files and then extracted it and put it in C drive exactly as it said on the guide.

then i proceeded to open command prompt with admin privilege and entered the following command prompt. But entered GUID with the alphanumeric alternative. I honestly have no idea what these commands mean, but if i followed the guide exactly it should have worked.

bcdedit /copy {current} /d “Mac OS X”

bcdedit /enum active

bcdedit /set {GUID} PATH \chain0

I restarted the computer and when i got to the point of choosing Mac or Vista i chose mac... and guess what, vista came up. So i tried a new chain0 file and then entered the command again, restarted and then when the option came up of Mac or Vista it reads:

Start windows Vista

Mac OS X

Mac OS X

Niether of the mac options work, they both load windows.

Can anyone tell me what i did wrong, or another option to get Mac to boot up.
