Heaven Divine Posted September 21, 2009 Share Posted September 21, 2009 Hello, I have searched for hours and hours and have not been able to get the SigmaTel 9205 HD Audio working in Snow Leopard. I had it working perfectly in leopard using the files attached to this post. But in Snow it just doesn't seam to do anything. In leopard I would: 1. Drag the codec dump onto AppleHDApatcher 1.2. 2. Install the AppleHDA.kext in the "Audio" folder with Kext Helper. 2. Install the AppleHDA.kext in the "Mic" folder with Kext Helper. 2. Reboot and I would have working audio, mic, auto switching and line in. This doesn't work in snow 32bit or 64bit. If anyone has a solution Please HELP!!!! It would be much appreciated! Thanks.
