What Video Cards will be fit for a dual card config ?

Hi.

 

I've spent 2 whole weeks trying to get my 2 ATI Radeon 4850 working on Snow Leopard without success.

I've finally gave up, and intend to buy 2 Nvidia instead.

 

So, what will you recommend me ?

 

My goal is to have a dual video card config, in order to use 4 monitors. I'm still unsure of what card to buy, since I dont know exactly what are the requirements to run a dual video card.

Does all the ports (hdmi/dvi/vga) on nvidia card works out of the box ? Or I have to choose a dual dvi card ?

 

Will all the nvidia card install smoothly or I have to prefer some specific card ?

I'm hitting on the 9600GT (still unsure which one, depending if dual dvi is a must).

It's not a gaming computer, but I still want something not too basic, since I watch HD video, and do a lot of Photoshop.

 

I've read some tutorials about dual video card, but they're all "old", and doesn't have much support for snow leopard.
