Hello,

At first I'm new here, don't that much about OS's and I'm dutch so maybe I'm not clear enough and I don't understand you.

I tried to install Mac on my pc but when I reboot my Pc I'm getting: "press any key to boot from cd or press f8". I press f8, then entering -v for progress information. BUT THEN when it's ready it saids quickly "start" and then it just reboots!! No apple icon or something. It reboots and the hole thing repeats: "press any key...".

I tried everything but same old story.

Now I readed somewhere that I might boot with the wrong kernel? I know a bit what a kernel is but I don't know how to change it or something.

Can anybody help me with the kernel (if that's the problem)? Or what else can I do?

My Computer:

Pentium Dual-Core

3gb memory

320 gig hdd, into 2 partitions for vista and mac

256 mb grapic onboard (I don't play any games)

Regards,

Bart from The Netherlands.
