hi,

got osx86 leopard 10.5.6 on my triple boot system and it works almost fine.

i can just install a few applications which don't require to select a volume.

if i try to install larger applications, on the step "Destination Select" there is no volume to choose. it's just empty.

if i open disk utility i can see all my volumes. my osx volume is formatted with HFS+.

my partition table is MBR. i read that it could be the reason because osx use an other partition table.

so is there any way to convert the partition table or do i have to reformat and reinstall everything?

i tried different partition managers like iPartition and Drive Genius but i can just edit my windows volumes and external drives, not my osx volume cause i'm signed in. is there a nice bootable partition manager for osx that partition on the fly? with disc utility i can't partition without losing data.

could there be any other reason for my problem? maybe i have to set permissions? i'm logged in as admin.

thanks in advance

ps: sorry for my bad english.

There could be no free space on the disk.

If that would be MBR/GUID problem, you probably would not install anything at all. IMHO.

Or simply check the disk. Maybe it is going to broke.
