Yamas9
Hi, I installed iAtkos v7 on my Dell Inspiron 1545. Everything works fine except Sleep and Wireless. The most important for me is of course the Wireless. The strange thing is, that my Wireless worked with iDeneb before and it worked also one time with iAtkos v7 but only until I did a restart. Since then the W-Lan Symbol is empty on the top. I tried already to install the latest update of the Airport Utility and installed the Broadcom script again but without success. With exactly this same steps it worked before in iDeneb. Does anybody have an idea how I get this running? Some technical details: - Dell Inspiron 1545 NB Intel Pentium Dual Core T4200 - DDR2 SDRAM - T4200 - 2.0 GHz - 2048 MB RAM - Intel GMA 4500MHD - WLAN Standard 802.11b/g - Broadcom 4312 If anybody has a solution for sleep as well, I am also thankful. If you need more information, just let me know! Cheers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/186452-dell-inspiron-1545-iatkos-v7-wireless-problems/ Share on other sites
DJWoodyman
Hi Yamas, You are the only person I've seen who's installed iATKOS v7 on an Inspiron 1545. Could you please tell me what settings and packages etc you used to get it running? I'm just about to try installing it on mine but I've heard a lot of people have problems so I thought I'd ask you what you had to do to get it installed and running. I'm sorry but I'm afraid I can't help you with your question.
