iMoshi
Hey you guys, I lie to you not! I have been trying to get this Hackintosh thingie working since February! It's been nuts. I tried at least six or 7 times. So now I need some urgent help! I have Dell XPS 410, just with more Ram. Everything else is stock. Using iPC latest release, I checked OSX 86 Wiki, and followed all the instructions until where I had to do something with AppleAHCI.kext file. How do I edit that file? Here's what happens. Hackintosh installs, never says any error. But just doesn't boot up! Stuck at the booting screen, and then a small picture will pop. You know what I'm talking about. So, Here's what I want. I currently use Windows 7 64 bit, and I don't wanna get rid of it, really wanna know what you guys recommend to use as a Dual Boot tool or something. And actually how to use it Anyone has done Hackintosh on Dell XPS 410 reading this? Please step by step for me Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/186395-have-been-failing-since-february/ Share on other sites

You have to run your OS in debug mode to determine the exact problem. ---------------- Tears http://www.techbabu.com Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/186395-have-been-failing-since-february/#findComment-1265161 Share on other sites
