NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS 512MB

I have a 8400GS 512MB graphics card on my Gigabyte mobo. Running 10.5.8. I'd like to get the card working.

 

I just can't decipher the over-abundance of info. Can someone point me to a step by step guide? The only thing the OSX86 Wiki says is "EFIstring" What is EFIstring? Is it something I type somewhere? Is it a program I run?

 

Someone posted: "The NVCAP I'm using is BAAAAAAAAwAEAAAAAAAABwAAAAA=" What is NVCAP? Is it something I type?

install chamelion RC3 and modify com.apple.boot.list and add <key>Graphicenabler</key><string>Y</string>

remove Nvinject NVkush from your S/L/E library

Reboot and enjoy,

don't change your NVCAP
