Problems Booting after Install

Hi guys;

 

Recently i've installed MAC OSX on my P5QC using iPC 10.5.6 release (i don't know the especific iPC version, but it isn't the newest available) and a modded bios for this motherboard. On my Desktop, the OSX booted without trouble, except for the cpus=1 problem, but that's not the point. What i'm trying to do now is installing the same iPC version on my notebook, a LG E500K, i don't have the modded bios for this notebook but i took a try without it. The installation worked like a charm but when i try to boot, things are a bit different. First I had the "using 10485 buffer headers..." error, which was solved using this post http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...rt=#entry553595 but now i get stuck on the "IOKitWaitQuiet .... timed out" when debugging via -v and -f while booting, the next two images show the point I got stuck, hope someone can help,
