Looking to upgrade to a new Laptop

Currently I own an HP dv6426us Laptop that is running Vista 32bit and OSX 10.5.2 happily together. I bought this laptop 3 years ago (made it OSX compatible 2 years ago after switching out wifi card) and am looking to sell it. Poor souls have been paying as much as $1,500 for this model on Ebay for some reason hahaha (I hope to exploit at least $900 out of the situation). Hopefully afterwards, I plan upgrade to a modern more powerful laptop ($6-800).

 

My requirements are that the upgrade is Dual Core (last processor was Core Duo T2450 @ 2.0ghz), capable of at least 4GB of ddr2/3 ram, have a modern IGP that is capable of DXVA playback in windows (aka full hardware accelerated 1080P playback), and also be Windows 7 compatible along with the ability to be booted into OSX Leopard/SL. I would like OSX as close to fully working as possible... but I know how much trouble that can be. At the very least I'd want Graphics (hopefully fully functional), Audio and Wireless functioning well out of box.

 

The easier the installation process the better... but I know how this goes so I'm prepared to weather out the storm. Your recommendations will help me massively in narrowing down my search for a replacement since I have been out of the community for 2 years now hahaha. Try to keep the model below $900 and I will handle the deal hunting (I got paid $150 to keep my old laptop.... so yes deal hunting is no issue) unless you know something that is going on RIGHT NOW.
