BrunoBong Posted September 10, 2009 Share Posted September 10, 2009 same here dell d600 got ipc 10.5.6 loaded using voodoo and no video usb works onboard wifi that i pulled off my work d600 works but i have to put that back and my onboard broadcom 570x does not work tried several workarounds on boards and corrupted my install every time to constantly just reboot upgrading to 10.5.8 though apple update causes the same problem... my video works but no hw acceleration pics load real slow iphoto kinda stops trying to load pics after a while lol . this is a pmobile 1.4 with 512 mem and a 40 gig drive the older d600 model... havent atempted to load any texts on it this fresh install since every one i tried causes kernel panic wich i cant fix without reinstalling cuz im a noob to osx here are my graphics specsDisplay: Type: Display Bus: AGP VRAM (Total): 128 MB Vendor: ATI (0x1002) Device ID: 0x4c66 Revision ID: 0x0002 Kernel Extension Info: No Kext Loaded Displays: Display: Resolution: 1024 x 768 Depth: 32-bit Color Core Image: Software Main Display: Yes Mirror: Off Online: Yes Quartz Extreme: Not Supported is this properly on how can i see if its truly working up to par? its better in windows it this pc just too slow?
