Fatz Jenkins Posted September 8, 2009 Share Posted September 8, 2009 Has anyone else experienced issues with the onboard Ethernet interface in Snow Leopard using this board and found a solution? I've tried endless combinations of Realtek1000.kext and IONetworkingFamily.kext and can't seem to get the OS to recognize the interface. I did attempt to create my own DSDT (following several guides) but it didn't seem to make much difference. There is no interface listed in "Network" and DMESG shows failed probes. BTW, this interface is a bit quirky in Windows 7 as well, it only works with 100Mbps Full Duplex rather than auto-negotiate or 1000Mbps Full Duplex. I'm tempted to just go buy a PCI NIC card that works.
