Hello!

I have a image file of my Hackintosh, and tried to restore it on the same computer. But after I have restored it with Disk Utility by booting the Leopard DVD, I get the message that no bootable partition is found. After having searched around in InsanelyMac, I think the problem is that I have to reinstall Chameleon.

But how to I reinstall Chameleon when I can't boot into OS X? Can I do it from the Leopard DVD? Thank you so much for any help, my Hackintosh works perfect except from this! :D

Yes, you'll need to use your bootable CD-ROM. (It should be possible from other emergency boot disks, like a Linux CD/DVD, but the instructions probably refer to OS X, so it's best to use that if possible.) IIRC, the Chameleon instructions give a few commands to do the job manually. You'll use two dd commands, one to restore the primary boot loader to the MBR and the second to restore the secondary boot loader to the boot partition. Alternatively, there may be a GUI installer, but I don't recall the details on that score.
