student wanting to install leopard on a PC :)

heya everyone

for a while now i have been reading about people running leopard on there PC's and i really want to try that (i have fully changed vista to look like leopard, windowblinds, Xwindows dock ect, but it is still vista at heart...)

 

iv read a few tutorials and stuff... and have found one or two i think are good (one using iPC and the other from dailyapps, install leopard on your pc in just one easy step) however i'm only young(ish) and i have never installed an OS on a computer before.

 

i only use a computer for pictures, movies, internet, messenger and programs like photoshop, illustrator and microsoft office... not much else. so aslong as i still have all that then i am a happy chappy.

 

the computer i have a is an NEC POWERMATE V1360

-intel core 2 duo e7300 (2.66GHz 3m L2 1066fs2)

-2GB RAM

-500GB hard drive disk

-DVD super multi double layer drive

-NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS 256MB VGA/S-Video TV-Out

-5.1 HD audio

-Integrated 10/100/1000 Network connection - Broadband ready
