Charlie Pace
I am so glad that I found this forum today! I am contemplating building a hackintosh system. I was thinking about getting a case with a 500w power supply, thinking this should be powerful enough. The most hardware I will use is to export movies to my camera via firewire. Does anyone want to give me some input on if they think this will be OK? Thanks a million! AndrewH
The power supply has nothing to do with running OS X, it's all about the hardware you are going to use. If you give a list of components that you're going to use to build the system, then maybe we could tell you if that PSU is going to work.
