So I have spent days pouring through the various threads and googling and I still have the same problem...

First I am running iDeneb 10.5.7 under VM Ware on a HP Compaq 8510w under Windoze.

In short what ever I try I get random key (generally 2,7 ? and upside down ?) and that event seems to be a stuck key.. The problem starts at a random period of time, usually <5 minutes after boot (which itself sometimes fails, due mostly to ACPI).

This is most usually reported as PS2 Controller Problems. But I have tried various PS2 controller patches and none work. So I disabled the PS2 Driver under windoze - at least for the mouse and switched to USB keyboard and mouse. No Joy. So I removed the PS2 Controllers from the MAC OS, so now I just have a USB keyboard and mouse driver. Still I have the same problem.

As I am only just testing out MAC OS, I obviously do not have as greater knowledge as I do of Windoze and Linux. Can anyone please advise how to solve this or even how to find what is generating the events.

Code development is not possible with random repeated key strokes in the IDE:)

Thanks
