nVidia 8400GS or 6600GT or 7300SE or 7800GT or 7300GS

Hi,

 

Im building a hackintosh from second hand parts, and I cant decide about the graphics card. I can chose from one of these cards: 8400GS (works ok I guess and supports OpenCL), 6600GT Silent (also found that its ok), 7800GT (a very good working card) or 7300GS 256mb (works), 7300SE 512mb<---And This one is my dilema, I found on wiki 10.5.1 that this card works using Nvinject, but its a 512mb card and I dont want to flash the rom or anything, but its very cheap.

 

For me the 7800GT is a winner, but Im curious about the 7300SE 512mb, will mac os recognize all 512mb of memory?
