Aesop69 Posted September 3, 2009 Share Posted September 3, 2009 I have tried all the AppleIntelPIIXATA.kext I could find with no luck. Without it my system hangs at waiting for root device. My Snow install is on the single Ide Channel. After looking at the plist I do see my vendor id's already in the ICH7 If I use the files from my 10.5.8 it say magic # in invalid.
