Black screen at startup!

Finally ..

 

after 3 days of trying i managed to install Mac osx on my PC ..

but now that its installed, new problems is here ..

 

i tried to install iPC ( The latest ) and ideneb .. dunno version .. same problem with both ..

 

So first my computer specs:

GigaByte - EP31-DS3L

Intel - Core2Duo E6550

Kingston - 4GB PC6400 DDR2

Nvidia - 8800GTS 512mb

Seagate - 200GB 7200RPM ( SATA )

 

 

Then to the problem!

Simply, when i try to boot the mac osx it crashes like one sec after the grey screen apear!..

 

And my windows partition got the " Bootmgr is missing " or something like that ..

pretty sucky, but its alright ..

 

 

Anyone knows how to fix this ?
