I want to install OX X Leopard on my Laptop (Acer Aspire 4736z), but I do not know if I have the right hardware: Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.0ghz 2gb ram DDR3 250gb Sata Hard Drive Intel GMA 4500 Graphic Card Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family Atheros AR5B91 Wireless card Atheros AR8121 Ethernet Card Crystal Eye Webcam Multi Card reader SlimType DVD Burner Realtek HD Audio Intel HD Audio HDMI =/ I really really want to run OS X on my laptop! Win Vista is Killing me... any help please? maximuskyllerr Posted September 17, 2010 Share Posted September 17, 2010 of course u can i have installed already all working except the video resolution 1.- get the osx dvd from hazard SNOW LEOPARD 10.6.2 intel/amd 2.- from windows make a partition whit the size u want for the installation 3.- format it to ntfs so the distro can recognize it 4.- boot using the hazard distro 5.- install using a criteria based on mobo specs (audio video lan and wifi hardware etc etc..) u need to make a perzonalizated installation on the process 6.- before install use the utility disk app , format the partition u make in windows and make it mac os journaled 7.- next and install 8.- when u finish it´s obyously u need to reboot 9.- here i get some troubles but u just let the dvd into the machine u use to install the snow l, and continue and finish the installation of the os, u´re done have mac osx snow leopard runing ! audio video at 1280 lan wifi i got all the fast access buttons working too dvdrw cool! the snow leopard of hazard recognize my machine as a macbook pro 4.1 THE FK´N BAD NEWS! U CAN´T BOOT WHITOUT THE DVD IN OSX AND U {censored}´UP UR WINDOWS INSTALLATION TOO don get in panic , it´s NORMAL so..do the next {censored} TURN OF THE MACHINE turn it on, change the dvd of the osx for the win instalaltion dvd (IN MY CASE WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE) LET IT BOOT choose languaje (in my case español) theeeeeeeeeeeeeen select repair system repair the win 7 boot NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U CAN BOOT IN WINDOWS AGAIN but not in osx {censored}! piece of fkn cake just download and install EasyBCD 2.0 IS REALLY EASY open the prog in the boot options select ADD new selecting osx option U EVEN CAN RENAME IT TO SOME COOL {censored} LIKE gods osx partition fkn osx or whatever u want and aply the changes U CAN GET A IDEA LOOKING THIS VIDEO http://konteudos.info/?p=3316 THE NEXT TIME U BOOT U CAN CHOOSE WIN OR OSX I KNOW IS FKN COOL!
