digitBoy Posted May 25, 2006 Share Posted May 25, 2006 I´ve read a lot of post about ati but no guide to change the vesa driver and put the ati x1300 or atix1400 driver. How can i change it?. I installed the jas 10.4.6 with ati notebook drivers in the customized installation but in the first boot mac put vesa driver. Thanks. Well, you should go to http://omni.starchaser.org and download the driver for your. However, unfortunatly the driver doesn't work very well with the x series cards but don't worry omni is working on it and hopefully you will have a perfect driver soon. Anyway you are lucky to have an ati card because these are the only supported cards.
