I would like to know if there's any way to legally download the upgrade. Thanks! SticMAC™ Posted August 31, 2009 Share Posted August 31, 2009 Here's what you do... Order one from the Apple Website, get the confirmation and have it shipped to your Address in the USA. Keep the confirmation with you. Download any one of the torrents, "green or scurvy" cut it to a DL DVD and install it! This way you have proof that you do own a package, and you have a backup of the original DVD that you left at home! The Upgrade is also a Retail..... I think I will go with SticMAC's idea until the Apple Store decides we don't need more packaging garbage and does the smart thing of offering a download version.
