Matt Mac 25
Hi, I'm having a bit of trouble importing my music into iTunes. Originally all my music was on my old windows machine, and somehow the music managed to get deleted. So i used a program to recover the files. But only a handful out of the thousands actually play. Now I'm on a mac and I'm looking to get these files into my iTunes but they just refuse to import. Which makes me think that they are corrupt. Is there a program for os x that lets me fix these corrupt files?! I've found plenty that work for windows, but that would be admitting defeat, id much rather i did it on my mac. Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/182768-corrupt-mp3-files/ Share on other sites

Thanks I have done this in osX, but the programs I used only supported HFS(+) volumes, so if it's a windows disk, you're out of luck. In case that you can still connect the disk to a windows PC. There are literally tons of programs to do that BTW, if you've lost files and used the machine intensively, chances are that you won't be able to recover your music.
