NiravSuave
Hello, I am new to the forum. I recently tried ubuntu and I would like to give MAC OS a try, my specs are: amd turion dual-core rm-70 2.00ghz 3gb memory NVIDIA GeForce 8200M ATA/IDE Hard drive Atheros AR5009 WiFi Adapter NVIDIA nforce ethernet conexant high definition smart audio That should be everything, let me know if I missed something crucial, otherwise let me know if you know of any distros that you think might work Thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/182734-hp-g60-120us-which-distro-to-try/ Share on other sites
Nextract
Hello, I am new to the forum. Not to mention with no chipset or gfx support the system will run very slow, a complete waste of time to go through all this for that. I would hang fire until someone out there with enough osx knowledge buys a system with an 8400M G and cant live without OSX on it, then we may see some progress....... gnasty
Any changes on this topic? I have a g60-120us and am looking to get an install up and running. Anyone get a distro installed on this model? I'd even settle for a working vmware install. Is that also not possible with this model? Thanks in advance.
