New Noob Posted August 29, 2009 Share Posted August 29, 2009 I am running iDeneb 1.4 but have upgraded to OSX 10.5.7. Nearly everthing is fine and dandy except for my audio output (headphones) is inoperative. I don't use the mic but I imagine they are all connected. The card that runs the ports is a Realtek and I have tried installing the ALC883 (with the customize option I chose 3 port as that is what my card looks like) Doing this does nothing. Does anyone else know of a technique to get the headphones working? I was hoping to watch a movie with a girl next week on it and it would be cool if I could hook up the laptop to my stereo.
