KSwoosh Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 i would like to try to install new drivers for my audio device [ALC888], but i dont know how to remove them... so i was wondering what the best way is to uninstall and install drivers: -install while old drivers are installed, remove old drivers [they dont work btw], reboot[?] -install new drivers, dont look at old, not working drivers -other methods? i would like to install drivers from the latest OSX86 install disk, so i guess i can install new drivers by just getting the files from the disk? but how do i uninstall the old-not working drivers?
