alphrz Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 Hi guys, I've been dabbling in the wonderful adventures of OSx86, and have decided to take the plunge and install Kalyway 10.5.2. The base install went better than expected, detected the SATA drives and I had no issue installing. VESA disp worked ok and loaded up everything decently. My hardware is as follows: Motherboard: Intel Corp DG33FB, Version AAD81072-303 Graphics card: Gigabyte GV-NX73G128D GeForce 7300 GS PCI RAM: DDR2-6400 Network card: Netgear GA311 (PCI) First thing I noticed is that the Netgear PCI card wasn't detected and wouldn't come up (I thought it was Nativly supported). Second, the mainboard doesn't have any USB/Sound/Ethernet etc - as if the chipset itself hasn't loaded. I had a look into kext files for the mainboard, but I can't xfer them over. I tried Zero's guide over at http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...aded&start= with no luck. Any suggestions to try get mainboard drivers up and working? Or is it a lost caused on the DG33FB?
