Dell Xps 400 sigmatel driver install

Hi everyone,

 

Before I begin i would like to say that ive read through tons of threads before posting one of my own.. and for the life of me i cant get my damn sound card to work..

first off my set up is a Dell XPS 400 (9150)

(Check attatched for specs)

 

ive tried using the sigmatell9220audio.support.pkg file and it didn't work..

ive also tried patching the applehda with the codec_sigma9220.txt file and that didn't work..

and ive also used voodoohda kexts and nothing seems to work..

 

i reinstalled the os twice already...

please helpp..
