spamhaus
I'm running an Asus G1 laptop. The basic specs are as follows: 2 Ghz Core 2 Duo T7200 2 GB RAM @ 667 (DDR2) ICHx Intel Chipset Nvidia 7700 Go 512MB I installed and tried both PowerManagement Package and Voodoo Power from the iPC 10.5.6 Final distribution. The battery meter shows up in both cases. However it's extremely inaccurate. It's showing that I have a 10 hour battery life. After just 15 minutes of usage it shows my battery is at 89% (an 11% drop). I would normally obtain a 1:45 - 3:30 battery life in Windows Vista/7 depending upon the circumstances. Do you guys have any suggestions as to what I can try to get a more accurate reading? Thanks! spamhaus
I seem to have fixed my own problem I discharged the battery all the way and then plugged in the AC. It's now giving me accurate recharge and discharge times.
