flip360 Posted August 23, 2009 Author Share Posted August 23, 2009 Hello there, just one question: i have read somewhere that on one of the asus wind 1008h series netbooks osx is succesfully installed along with the wifi atheros? i maybe wrong.. thanks for your reply p.s. also found this on http://forums.msiwind.net the atheros AR5928 has a TOGGLE SWITCH to turn it ON and OFF. on OS X - the TOGGLE SWITCH IS BROKEN. and the card is OFF 100% of the time which is why it doesn't work. that is the problem. you can tape a pin and FORCE it to power on, and bypass the switch. is this true?
