Leapord-AMD-10.5.1 it doesn't detect my hard disk (when i click disk utility, there is no hard disk there) iPC OSx86 10.5.6 Universal PPF5 (Final) it too doesn't detect my harddisk, there is no hard disk in disk utility iDeneb_v1.5_10.5.7 Kernel Panic, didn't even get the Welcome Screen. Here are my system specifications according to CPU-Z CPU: Mother Board: Graphics: Memory: Caches: SPD: Anyone please help me what can i do to install MAC OS X Leoperd on my Laptop? And yes there is no option in my BIOS to change SATA mode. Thanks. rozod Posted August 24, 2009 Share Posted August 24, 2009 no one.................................... hey i'm having the exact same problem as you, several distros none detect the hd on my pavilion. i've posted here and hackint0sh.org and no one has responded so i'm assuming there isn't an answer or no one knows of one. so if you come across any kind of solution please let me know. I have seen many people having the same problem on pavilion. Maybe there is no support for our system. Neil138Honky Posted October 29, 2009 Share Posted October 29, 2009 I'm having problems with this laptop also, i can install kalyway 10.5.2 onto an externall usb hard drive, but the initial boot freezes. is this normal? can anyone recommend a good distribution for these specifications above? im pretty noobish at the osx86 scene so if anyone can help a tiny bit that would be amazing.
