treminaor
I don't think that I am allowed to give you a specific link to a torrent. All I can really say is to make sure that the description of the torrent includes a list of all the installation options (Most good ones do) and make sure ACPI fix is there. Edit: Good, you caught the connection. You might be able to find a PPF pach to apply to the disc image you already have but I don't think one exists for iPC. First, you cannot use any other distro's updates. You can only use iPC's updates. Second, you should be able to create your own update. I don't know why that didn't work. Third, there really isn't much benefit in updating to 10.5.8 or 10.5.9. No new features, just fixes for actual Macs. 10.5.6 is pretty much the final update for OSx86 PC's before Snow Leopard comes out. You cannot create your own updates unless you are able to use vanilla kernel. (which you can't) You can get Safari 4 here, and a simple Google search may lead you to the other updates you want.
