Stuck on Kaly 10.5.1

I am currently stuck on a Kaly vanilla installation of 10.5.1 on my primary PC (rely on it heavily for everything), so I've been reluctant to try to upgrade to the latest version of Leopard because I don't want to screw anything up (everything working great - sound, network, etc.).

 

If anyone can please point me to a page that will walk me through how to upgrade to the latest version of Leopard from my current version of 10.5.1, I would GREATLY appreciate it! Here are the specs of my current setup:

 

Dell Dimension 410

Intel Core 2 Duo

2.4 GHz

4 GB RAM

NVIDIA graphics (VP930 series)
