Can't edit system preferences

Hello, i installed iAktos 7 then upgraded with 10.5.8 directly from apple updater. All work perfect except i noticed now that when i enter in system preferences i cant change parameters, i mean:

 

- keyboard, if i try slide for input delay, it move and look it save, but when i try, nothing changed and when reopen keyboard panel, changes is not;

- screensaver, i try disable slide until "never", it do it, but when i reopen, nothing changed

 

What can be? Thanks in advance, my hardware is in signature.
