HP Pavilion dv6-1245dx Entertainment Notebook PC Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T6500, 2 processing cores, 800 MHz System bus, 2mb l2 cache, and 2.1GHz Processor 4GB DDR2 Memory Multiformat DVD +/- / CD-RW drive with dual layer support 320 GB SATA Hard drive Intel Graphics Media Acceloator 4500MHD Built in web camera with microphone 5 in 1 digital media card reader built in high speed wireless lan Built in 10/100 Base T-Ethernet Lan Microsoft Windows Vista Home premium 64 bit edition operating system 2) If it IS compatible, where could I find a guide for it? would a guide for one similar to mine work? 3) I don't have either the Vista Install/Recovery Disk or a Leopard Install disk, will it work if I download one, and then burn it to a DVD? 4) If i do end up doing it, will it erase everything on my current hard drive even if I set up a partition for it? 5) Anything else I should know? thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/179872-some-questions/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
