I'm current running iDeneb 10.5.7 on my Thinkpad T43. I want to install the retail one. It's been 2 weeks since I first tried to boot the Retail. I tried both boot-132 and chameleon's boot CD. I modified many times with different kext, and wasted more than 10 CDs, but still no luck. (Of course I began to use cd-rw already, otherwise it is going to spend me a lot of $$$).

Anyway, I'm totally new to mac os, and have no knowledge about Unix or Linux before, so the whole thing makes me suffer a lot. As of today, I've been learned a lot of thing through this forum, posts and reply, but still I am stuck.

If search my posts, I think you will get an idea that how much I have learned so far, cause my previous questions are more stupid than the one I am going to ask today.

Ok, my question is, how do I find out what kexts does my OS load every time?

I want to know this because I can run iDeneb very well, so I think if I can find out all the kext files, put it into boot-132, then I will be able to load Retail well.

Also, about the com.apple.Boot.plist, I have to find it from my current running OS, and put it into my boot CD, right? In which folder?

Plus, if anybody have time, it is very nice to pm me with your current working boot iso, I hope I can take a look about what is inside and in what position.

Ok, that's all my questions. I feel it is so hard for beginner as me to get a good idea of this OS, many new things, and don't know where to start. I'm more like solving a hard puzzle than actually learning the OS.

Thank you for your help, and sorry for my English.
