I recently broke the LCD on my black macbook, and I am considering purchasing an HP touchsmart tx2z.

I use my computer primarily for video editing, and I need to be able to run Final Cut Pro on whatever computer I am using. I would really like my next laptop to be a tablet. I was considering Modbooking my current macbook, but the HP is really a much better deal for the money.

Does anyone know if it would be possible to install the Osx86 on this particular HP model? I don't want to waste my money buying it if it won't be able to run Final Cut Pro.

Thank you!

as far as I know, none of the recent HP tablets support QE/CI so you would not be able to do your video editing. You would need a laptop with a dedicated video card, preferably Nvidia because as far as I've read it's easier to install drivers for it. That aside I wouldn't recommend any tablets for video editing because their video cards are not powerful enough. The best video card I've seen on any tablet would probably be a few years back on a single core Tecra M4 which had a 6600 with dedicated 128mb of video memory.
