reeg
I've installed the 4965 package via http://code.google.com/p/iwidarwin/ with little success. Ya see, the package installed, rebooted, I could see the icon for WiFi in the menu bar and then the system would crash. I'd restart and try again. Did this about 3 or 4 times until it finally stuck and didn't crash anymore. However, the network connections still can't find WiFi. I then tried the 82566 Ethernet solution listed here http://techresearchinfo.blogspot.com. After a reboot, this worked! I finally had internet on my x86 OS X install! I'm still missing my audio, CD/DVD drive and I'm about to venture into this Synaptics Pad resolution here. Tonight, I'm hoping to nab up my old Linksys WUSB54GC and try this work around so I can get WiFi up and working.
