RSanders Posted August 10, 2009 Share Posted August 10, 2009 This email just came down from the director of IT (i work for a ISP in the U.S) this might be useful to some of you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It has been reported that newer Apple Macintosh Systems may cause some models of Motorola Cable Modems to stop passing traffic after coming out of the Hibernate State. To clear this issue, the end user can power cycle their modem or the MSO can perform a clear cable modem <mac> at the CMTS.
