wgeddes
My "About this Mac" window and the System Profiler display my AMD Athlon64 4000+ as 3GHz when the CPU actually runs at 2.4GHz... now, is this a mis-displayed number? or is this system being dangerously overclocked? is there a way to confirm it? wgeddes
okay... i just got worried because i thought that the random system hangs i experience might be caused by CPU overheats. the system locks up generally 15 minutes into usage, which is sometimes a tell tale sign of overheating. i think it has more to do with the forcedeth network driver i'm using.
