rmanbike
After doing a extensive search on this forum and on the web, it looks like very few if anyone has actually installed OSX server on a hackintosh PC. Or even attempted a LAN. Can anyone verify that it works, works but buggy, doesnt work? Yes, I understand about mission critical enterprises. But trying to start a small business on the CHEAP. Once I know my business plan works, then I will have enough cash/incentative to invest for what it takes to have mission critical enterprise. Didn't use site:insanelymac.com to search these forums, did ya? The built in search on this board has never been good. OSX Server works quite well on a few hardware platforms, namely the Asus P5W DH Deluxe. I would guess that any motherboard that can handle 10.5.8 could handle the server version. Search the board again like I just did. Got 608 hits on OSX Server. Good Luck!
