InsanelyMac User Posted August 8, 2009 Share Posted August 8, 2009 WANTED: Someone that will install OS X.5 on an ASUS EEE PC 901, or possibly (and even better if it would work) a PLUG-AND-PLAY SD/USB/SSD drive for me. I'm too scared to try to install OS X.5 myself. I'm in the USA. I can ship the 901 or SSD/SD/USB, etc. to them, and I have the retail OSX.5 DVD if needed. I can also ship an USB DVD drive if needed. I just need someone to handle the proper install and make sure it all works. Of course I need all the important functions to work: Sleep Updates WiFi SD USB etc. I will be using only a handful of programs on it... Final Draft Scrivener Safari/Firefox TextEdit Preview Watching Quicktime Movies I need at least these apps to work. I will not be doing gaming, or heavy graphics on it... mostly text-type apps. But the more functional the EEE PC 901 is on OSX, the better. Please advise if you can do this. Thanks! Let me know how much you will charge for this service. FYI - I'm not rich.
