TomCom
Hi, I think it should but you can't be 100% sure til you try. Basically, it's the same board with 2oz PCB and a TPM chip. Problem is the Bios may be different and it's enough to cause some unexpected issues. Why don't you just buy a UD3P? Kahley
Yeah its unbelievable but true. I found a store in Germany who list the maiboard. No availablecheck. It says 3-4 days of delievering. Hoping its true and they have the mainboard on stock. The price from the auction is too high for me! Thanks for searching anyway! I apreciate it! Hoping to have it at the end of the week! kvendlar
the guide works for the DS3P, just did it. Well I started. System is running at the moment I do not have on board sound and I am still booting from CD. The only thing that changed from the guide is that OSx86 tools is in the wrong directory if you just unpack the file... for me it is in /Users/my_login/Downloads/EP45-UD3\ Pack\ Rev2 where it sgould be in /Users/my_login/Downloads/EP45-UD3 . Just rename/copy and you're fine. Otger than that the guide worked perfectly so far. TomCom
You should install Chameleon RC2. It's a nice piece of software. I just hope weaksauce12 will update his tutorials for Snow Leopard, cause many of us could have troubles doing it by ourselves… Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/178620-ga-ep45-ds3p-does-this-guide-work/#findComment-1221439 Share on other sites
