BigTwisty
I have an HP computer with an AMD Phenom 9500 quad core processor, with 6 gb of ram and a geforce 9800 gtx videoboard. I just took an extra hard drive and completely deleted the partition, and then quick formatted it blank. When I try to boot from the iPC 10.5.6 final distro, with the -v, it keeps hanging at the following line: Darwin Kernel Version 9.5.0: Sat Dec 6 19:39:54 IST 2008; Voodoo; Release 1.0 :xnu-1228.7.58/BUILD/obj/RELEASE_I386 I tried running -f and system="osx86" and -x. It always hangs at the same spot. What else can I do!? I tried installing on vmware, but couldn't do that either. If the whole point wasn't to run the iPhone SDK, I would try an older version, but it requires 10.5.6 HELP!!! Actually, it is a panic that states: "nfs_boot_initial failed with 6\n"@/VoodooKernel/xnu-1228.7.58/bad/nfs_vfsops.c:851 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/178428-ipc-ppf5-final-wont-even-boot/ Share on other sites
