A_RocC
Is it possible to use the Leopard Upgrade DVD to do a full install? Is there anyway of converting it to a full retail copy? usr-sse2
Is it possible to use the Leopard Upgrade DVD to do a full install? Is there anyway of converting it to a full retail copy? I use it to install, but ypu must have some mac os (maybe incomplete and not working), maybe restoring the dvd to hdd will work, copy it to your hdd or usb or install some macos, boot from dvd, it finds macos and launch disk utility and erase your hdd, and install. BUT: the files of system will remain unhidden (usr, etc, var, mach_kernel and so on) Any other man will say it's impossible, bot i checked with my 10.5.0 upgrade disk (not my, but copied from smoebody's mac on that mac) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/178080-using-mac-os-x-leopard-upgrade-dvd-to-install/#findComment-1216542 Share on other sites
