Asus Maximus Extreme on Ideneb 10.5.6

Hello all,

 

I was wondering if anyone could provide some answers as i would greatly appreciate it, I am currently running 10.5.6 on my Desktop, my question is as follows, I am able to get osx installed on my box, however I can run a few things here and there then i get the hard reset screen, (with VooDoo I get the please screen shot this....) I am currently Running Vanilla, but was running Speedstep earlier, are there any basic guidelines for this setup, I currently do not have AHCI set, just as i was testing it without it and it appears to function the same way. No 1 thing causes it to lock up, its just random.

 

Any info for this would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if Quad core will work but if you look for my thread in the same forum you will get it on.

I think you need the 9.7 voodoo kernel selected.
